You work during your time in the Hub

A “Flex Desk” means not having your own fixed workstation. You can freely choose among available Flex Desks, and it must be cleared when you leave.

With a “Fixed Desk”, you have your own desk in the shared office for your exclusive use. You can leave your hardware and other personal items there.
You can use the existing furniture or bring your own chair and table. The size of the table should be similar to that of a “Fixed Desk”.

For teams, we offer dedicated areas starting from 15m². Office furniture and soundproofing partition walls are available. Custom expansions are possible, but are the responsibility of the tenant and must comply with fire safety regulations and can not trigger a building permit. We do not currently offer day passes. Minimum rental period is 1 month.

We do have a great asian take-away right in front of the hub serving lunch. In addition, there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and other takeaways within a short walking distance around the Hub.

The tea kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and microwaves. There is a coffee machine and kettle. You can’t cook or bake in the kitchen but can heat up your food in the microwave.

No, but we are working on it. There are enough meeting rooms available currently, reservations are not necessary.

You and your team have a dedicated, private area in the Game Hub that you can freely design and customize. Custom walls, furniture and partitions are also possible upon consultation, as long as they do not violate fire safety regulations or require a building permit. The rental price depends on the space you rent and is available in different sizes starting from 15m².

If you have a fixed desk, you can bring your own chair and a table similar in size to those in the coworking area. You can bring your own plants and you will be responsible for their wellbeing. Personal decorations are encouraged and appreciated.
In the team spaces, you can bring your own furniture, plants, lamps and decorations or use the furniture provided.

Yes you can. We offer a /co address included in the price. For a registered address without /co, we charge 50.-/month with a minimum term of 12 months.

Your guests are always welcome in the coworking space.

Pets are generally allowed. If several coworkers bring their dogs, arrangements need to be made bilaterally to ensure that the animals and coworkers can be in the space without disruption. The SGH always has the final right to ban any pets if necessary.

The short version is: Be nice and don’t do anything you wouldn’t want others to do.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the building.

The entrance to the SGH  is accessible with a wheelchair. The main area on the lower floor, toilet facilities, kitchen, and some meeting rooms are accessible. There is a stair lift from the ground floor to the 1st floor. The smaller meeting rooms on the main floor are not accessible.

The insurance of personal valuables is the responsibility of the tenant. We offer cabinets for rent in which items can be locked up.

Parking spaces cannot be rented through the Swiss Game Hub. Short-term loading and unloading of goods on the premises are possible at any time. There are several parking options nearby, especially the Parkhaus Cityport.

Yes, there is a covered parking area for bicycles. Parking items are at the owner’s risk.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Swiss Game Hub →  user account on Cobot. The cancellation period is one month.

The Swiss Game Hub is a non-profit association founded in 2019 by five private individuals working in the game industry. The board now consists of seven members and is operated on a volunteer basis.
